The Application and all components thereof, including but not limited to the software code, user interface, design, graphics, logos, text, features, and functionality (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of the Developer and are protected by international copyright laws, trademark laws, patent laws, trade secret laws, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
All rights in the Application and Content are reserved. No license or right is granted to you except as expressly stated in Section 2 (License Grant). Any use of the Application or Content not expressly authorized by these Terms is prohibited and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You agree not to:

The Developer makes no warranty that the Application will correct all app protection issues or prevent all security threats on your device. No oral or written advice provided by the Developer shall create any warranty.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF THE DEVELOPER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall the Developer's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or the Application exceed the amount paid by you for the Application (if any). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Developer from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

The Developer is not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Application. The Developer may also terminate your license to use the Application at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.
The Developer may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Application at any time. Your continued use of the Application after an update constitutes your acceptance of the updated version and any changes to these Terms or the Application's functionality. You are responsible for regularly checking for updates and maintaining a current version of the Application.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Application ("Feedback"), you grant the Developer a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into the Application without any obligation to you.
The Application must be used in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the laws of your jurisdiction and Google Play Store policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Application complies with all applicable laws.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the Application and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modified Terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the Application or the Developer's website. Your continued use of the Application after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure of the Developer to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver by the Developer shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Developer.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer is located, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Application.
